About Me

I'm Jennifer E. Walls, and I have been a licensed massage therapist here in my hometown of New Orleans since 2001. I'm also a self-published author, and life coach and guide. I can create customized package deals to include massage as well as coaching and/or writing therapy. My biggest breakthroughs with personal healing started to happen when I sat down to write my first book, "Sexual Trauma: Suppression of the True Self". It dealt with the emotional & mental layers of healing. I have two more books coming soon that will focus on healing the spiritual and physical layers as well. Healing happens in layers. I feel it's important to address the emotional issues before any lasting change will stick in the physical layer. What goes on in the mental layer will manifest in the physical layer. This is why there's a saying that the issues are in the tissues. Many people carry emotional pain and trauma in their body which can cause health issues as well as physical pain in the body. I'm passionate about this work because as each person heals themselves, they help make the world better.

Even though I have several years of spa experience, most of my experience has come from working nine years in a fitness center with athletes and professional athletes. My speciality is Deep Tissue Massage, but I am also trained in Swedish, Reflexology, Neuromuscular, Lymphathic Drainage, Thai, Table Top Thai, and energy work. I am also certified in Pre-Natal Massage. My goal is to help facilitate healing of the mind, body and soul. I have also been licensed in the state of Colorado since 2019, and in the state of Mississippi since 2021.
